Make it as easy as possible on the powers that be to fill out forms and connect the dots for them on why a music teacher (you!) can easily add value in whatever role you are seeking. Also, it is wise to specialize. If you are feeling like your campus jack of all trades, maybe it is time to focus on your one thing.
